Ofer Braun, CEO
Ofer Braun is the owner and the founder of Bar-Kal System Engineering. His expertise is in systems engineering, remote sensing and program management. He is a proponent of methods for modeling the behavior of complex systems, including business processes.
Mr. Braun has more than 20 years of experience in design and development of electro-optical instruments for the space industry and other airborne systems.

Eyal Ben-Dor, Prof.
A senior scientist and senior lecturer at the Department of Geography and Human Environment, Tel-Aviv University. His major scientific experiences are: soil science and remote sensing of soils from the hyper-spectral perspective. He gained a significant amount of experience in planning, launching and conducting air campaigns using hyper-spectral and thermal sensors as well as processing their raw data into thematic quantitative maps.

Gidi Arbel, Ph.D
An operations researcher with a diversified education in physics, mathematics, geology and medical science. Experience includes development of fire control systems, operations research of airborne reconnaissance systems, modeling angular problems of gimbaled systems and of systems in ballistic and orbital trajectories, ballistics of flat-trajectory projectiles, gravimetric field surveys, gravity data processing and integrating electro-optical systems with GIS.

Robi Stark, Ph.D
Remote sensing applications developer with more than 8 years experience in the field of environmental remote sensing. He specializes in remote sensing of aquatic environments and global processes such as desertification. Has participated in several EC projects. Dr. Stark is also in charge of business development.
